1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mandifresh.in or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including wholesale buyers, retail customers, and visitors.

2. Products & Services

MandiFresh offers fresh vegetables and fruits sourced directly from Muhana Mandi, Jaipur — Rajasthan's largest agricultural wholesale market. We deliver across Jaipur city and nearby areas (nearby areas on prior confirmation basis).

Fresh vegetables — 100+ varieties
Fresh fruits — 50+ varieties
Wholesale bulk orders for hotels, restaurants, caterers, canteens, tiffin centers, juice shops, and institutions
Retail orders for households

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Prices are updated daily by 8:00 AM based on real-time Muhana Mandi rates.
Wholesale and Retail prices are different — buyers must select the correct order type.
MandiFresh reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
Price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final applicable price.

4. Orders

Orders are accepted 24/7 via the website mandifresh.in.
Minimum order value: ₹1,000 (Retail) | ₹5,000 (Wholesale).
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
MandiFresh reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability or any other reason, with full refund issued within 24 hours.

• Razorpay Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery. Orders with pending payment will not be dispatched.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Jaipur city and nearby areas (nearby areas on prior confirmation basis).
Delivery charges vary by area — see Shipping Policy for details.
Standard delivery: within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery slots: Morning 7–9 AM | 9–11 AM | 11 AM–12 PM (selectable at checkout).
Actual delivery time may slightly vary based on order volume and traffic.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address at the time of ordering.
Users must ensure availability to receive the order at the selected delivery slot.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the order and blocking of the user account.

8. Prohibited Activities

Placing fake or fraudulent orders
Providing false or misleading information
Attempting to manipulate pricing or payment systems
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any content from mandifresh.in without permission

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on mandifresh.in including logo, brand name MandiFresh, product images, text, and design is the intellectual property of PRM Exports. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination of Access

MandiFresh reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account without prior notice in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at the sole discretion of MandiFresh / PRM Exports.

11. Limitation of Liability

MandiFresh / PRM Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Changes to Terms

MandiFresh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on mandifresh.in. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
