2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be requested in the following cases:

Wrong items delivered (items different from what was ordered)
Significantly damaged or rotten produce received
Order not delivered despite confirmed payment

Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photo and video evidence via WhatsApp.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 73405 27828) within 2 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Share clear photos and videos of the issue along with your order number.
Step 3: Our team will review the request and respond within 4 hours.
Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of ordering:

UPI / Razorpay payments — refund to the original UPI ID or bank account
Pay on Delivery orders — refund will be adjusted in the next order or transferred via UPI

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the order is affected, a partial refund equivalent to the value of the affected items will be issued after review and approval.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery
Refund request raised after 2 hours of delivery
Slight variation in weight — ±5% variation is acceptable for fresh produce
Minor cosmetic differences in appearance (e.g., size or colour variation) that do not affect quality or edibility
Items that have been used, consumed, or partially consumed
