2. Delivery Area

MandiFresh currently delivers within Jaipur city and nearby areas. Deliveries to nearby areas outside Jaipur city limits are available on prior confirmation basis. Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of ordering.

For areas outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 73405 27828) before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of order confirmation. The following delivery slots are available and can be selected at checkout:

Morning Slot: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Mid-Morning Slot: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Late Morning Slot: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Actual delivery time may slightly vary based on order volume, traffic, and mandi availability. In case of significant delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applicable per order regardless of order size and vary by delivery area. Current delivery charges are as follows:

Malviya Nagar — ₹200
Sanganer — ₹200
Mansarovar — ₹200
Jagatpura — ₹200
Vaishali Nagar — ₹200
Pratap Nagar — ₹200
C-Scheme — ₹200
Other areas within Jaipur — ₹200 (confirm at checkout)

Exact delivery charges are confirmed at checkout based on your selected area. MandiFresh reserves the right to revise delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed before 9:00 PM are eligible for next morning delivery. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day, subject to availability.

6. Failed Delivery

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, a re-delivery charge will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected delivery slot.

7. Product Quality on Delivery

All products are freshly packed from the mandi on the day of delivery. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or substandard items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 73405 27828) with supporting photos and videos.
