2. Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 30 minutes of order placement — Free of charge. Full refund will be issued.
• Cancellation after 30 minutes but before dispatch — ₹100 cancellation fee applicable. Remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation after dispatch — Not accepted. The order must be received and a refund request can be raised if there is a genuine issue with the delivered items.

3. MandiFresh Cancellation

MandiFresh / PRM Exports reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability due to mandi shortage or seasonal factors
• Delivery address outside our serviceable zone
• Inability to confirm payment
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious orders
• Any other reason at the sole discretion of MandiFresh

In all cases of cancellation initiated by MandiFresh, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of cancellation.

4. Refund on Cancellation

Refunds on approved cancellations will be processed as follows:

• UPI / Razorpay payments — refund to original payment source within 5–7 business days
• Pay on Delivery orders — no charge applicable if cancelled before dispatch For cancellations with a ₹100 fee (after 30 minutes, before dispatch), the remaining order amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
